Let's Work together

Fill out the form below to get started!

I'm Sarah, the soul behind Sarah Kellie Photo & Film.

I blend my background in documentary filmmaking with a keen eye for candid moments, offering both photo and video services to make your day seamless and meaningful. If you’re looking for a creative director who’ll respect your vision while adding an artistic touch, you’ve come to the right place.

I'm all about documenting weddings in a way that is dreamy, romantic, and authentic.

How do we secure our date?

Once we’ve chatted over email and know we’re the perfect fit, I will send a personalized proposal where you can sign your contract and pay your deposit. As soon as those items are complete, your date is secured!

When should we book with you?

If the first thing you did was reach out to secure your wedding venue, you might have been surprised how far in advance our bookings can be. Don't wait! We book up fast!

Do you travel and are there fees?

I do travel and LOVE to do it! I am really flexible and will travel 5 hours from St. Louis in any direction for no travel fee. However, if you are like many of my couples who need me to get on a plane, reach out and we will customize a travel fee for you! I want to travel, so I try to keep travel costs as minimal as possible for my couples.

Can we have our unedited images?

I do not give out my unedited photos for any package booked with me. Trust me, you will get plenty of photos in your gallery! I will edit everything that meets my quality and artistic standards that perfectly tell your story.

Can we choose the music for our film?

Yes and no. Unfortunately, I am probably not going to be able to use your favorite song for your wedding video because I need to license the song in order to legally use it in your film. Using unlicensed songs is problematic because 1) It is technically stealing from the artist who created the song & 2) Sites like Instagram, Facebook and Youtube will copyright claim the video because of the music, which will sometimes result in removing your video.

I subscribe to a music site called musicbed.com. You are more than welcome to browse their music offerings and choose your wedding film music there. However, since choosing songs to match your personality and wedding day can be daunting, we usually suggest having us pick out the music since we know how to best pace our footage.
