There’s just something about an Oregon coast elopement that feels cinematic in the best way, and Audrie & Jordan’s day was exactly that! This Cannon Beach Oregon elopement had everything, stormy skies, insane wind, quiet emotional moments, and the kind of scenery that almost doesn’t feel real. The two of them secretly eloped along the coast with nobody knowing besides a couple beauty vendors, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more intimate and intentional. Between the cozy Seaside Airbnb, the rainstorm rolling over Cannon Beach, and the dramatic cliffs at Elk Flats Trail, every part of this day felt like a scene from a movie!

Audrie & Jordan started their day tucked away in the cutest Airbnb in Seaside, Oregon. The entire space had such a calm and cozy feel to it, which balanced out the chaos of the weather waiting outside. Audrie wore the most elegant satin gown with a long veil that ended up becoming one of the coolest parts of the entire day once the wind picked up. Their details were simple but so intentional, white florals, classic black tux vibes, and soft editorial styling that fit the Oregon coast perfectly.
One of my favorite things about this part of the day was how relaxed everything felt. No timeline pressure, no huge group of people, just the two of them fully soaking in the fact that they were about to get married. Their first look inside the Airbnb felt emotional without being overly dramatic, and it honestly set the tone for the rest of the day.

When I say the weather showed up for this elopement, I mean it! Audrie & Jordan exchanged vows on the Cannon Beach dunes during a full rainstorm with winds hitting around 30 mph, and somehow it made everything even more beautiful. Their veil was flying everywhere, the ocean was crashing behind them, and Haystack Rock sitting in the background made the whole scene feel unreal. It was wild in the best possible way.
What I loved most was that they fully embraced it instead of stressing about the weather. That’s honestly the magic of eloping on the Oregon coast, you never fully know what you’re going to get, but that unpredictability is part of what makes it so memorable. Once the rain started calming down, we headed closer to the shoreline for portraits, and the soft fog mixed with the muted tones of the beach created the dreamiest editorial look.

After Cannon Beach, we made our way to Elk Flats Trail, and the views completely changed the vibe of the gallery in the best way. The cliffs overlooking the ocean felt dramatic and moody while still somehow feeling peaceful at the same time. The light finally started peeking through the clouds, which gave us the prettiest soft glow against the cliffs and ocean below.
These portraits honestly felt so effortless. Audrie & Jordan looked completely in their element standing along the cliffside with the wind moving through her veil and dress. Every part of this location added to the editorial feel of the day without needing anything extra. Oregon really does such a good job at making elopements feel adventurous while still feeling intimate and grounded at the same time.

If you’re dreaming about a Cannon Beach Oregon elopement with moody weather, coastal views, and a day that feels completely centered around the two of you, honestly… do it!
