Maddie and Chris’ Coastal Engagement Session in Kenosha, Wisconsin

For Maddie and Chris’ engagement session, I had the opportunity to travel from St. Louis, Missouri all the way to Kenosha, Wisconsin! As someone who is the opposite of a homebody, I get so excited when I’m able to travel for my couples. If you’re drawn to my work, I’ll always be more than willing to come to you no matter where you’re located! My creativity absolutely thrives when I’m traveling, so all the creative juices were overflowing once I got to Wisconsin to photograph M & C’s engagement session. These two are the most relaxed, laidback couple (my kind of people!) and just wanted to have fun while documenting their engagement. They had recently moved to Wisconsin from Central Illinois, so it was just the perfect time to book a photo session. These two have been together since their high school days, and seeing how far they’ve come as a couple was so heartwarming!

Their love and energy together were two things that stood out to me the most – they were not afraid to get in the water and have fun. Couples who trust my vision completely and don’t mind following my direction (even if it means getting a little sandy in the process)  are my absolute favorite. Trusting the process gives you the best, most genuine photos possible!
