Nate & Keil’s Romantic Hatcher’s Pass Wedding with Misty Mountain Views

It doesn’t get dreamier than a Hatcher’s Pass wedding in the heart of Alaska. Nate & Keil traveled north to say their vows surrounded by rolling green mountains, low-hanging mist, and the most peaceful stillness that only Alaska can bring! On her very first call with me, Keil mentioned she was crossing her fingers for an overcast wedding day, and she got exactly what she hoped for. The whole day felt like a fairytale tucked into the clouds, with their closest people by their side!

Ceremony in the Mountains at Hatcher’s Pass

Their ceremony took place right in the middle of the sweeping Hatcher’s Pass scenery. The clouds hung low, wrapping the mountains in moody tones that made everything feel intimate and cozy. One of the sweetest parts? Keil’s brother officiated, which brought such a personal touch to the moment. Watching Nate & Keil exchange vows against the backdrop of endless green hills and rugged peaks was breathtaking. It was simple, heartfelt, and exactly what they envisioned when they chose to come all the way to Alaska.

Portraits, Cake, and Misty Adventure

After the ceremony, we wandered through the fields, chasing quiet corners of Hatcher’s Pass for their portraits. Keil’s dress moved like a dream in the mountain breeze, and the way these two laughed and leaned into each other made every photo feel alive. They capped off the day with a little picnic-style cake moment in the wildflowers, a lemon blueberry cake that was as beautiful as it was delicious. Between the mountain views, the cozy sweater Keil slipped into, and their joy spilling into every moment, the day felt perfectly them!
