Sophia and Spencer’s St. Louis Engagement Session
Sophia and Spencer’s journey began at the University of Missouri in 2019. After graduation, they moved together to Kansas City, where they’ve been building their life side by side. This session was particularly special as it not only reflected their personalities but also their shared passions and preferences. Sophia, with her love for an extra dirty martini, and Spencer, who prefers a classic Old Fashioned, brought their unique flavors to the shoot, which made it all the more personal and intimate!
Location and Vibe
We chose two distinct locations for their session: the serene outdoors of Busch Wildlife and the chic ambiance of The Last Hotel. These settings provided the perfect backdrop to reflect the editorial style Sophia envisioned, inspired by her carefully curated Pinterest boards. It felt as though we were bringing her dream photos to life, making the session deeply personal and incredibly fun.

What stood out most during this engagement session was not just the locations or the beautiful photos we captured, but the genuine moments we shared. After wrapping up the shoot, we spent 30 minutes over drinks, chatting about their recent favorite concerts and hobbies.
